Certified Personal Trainers lead all sessions in small groups that are fun, safe, and non-intimidating- all to ensure your consistency and success!
The 21 Day Jumpstart program includes up to 3 group personal training sessions per week
The available session times are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15am, 10:15am and 11:15am
Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15am
The sessions are 45-55 minutes.
The number of participants per sessions is very limited to ensure our personal trainers can give you the personal attention you need to achieve great results with the program.
Even if it’s been a while since you’ve worked out or have limited flexibility, our expert coaches will be able to adapt the program to your specific needs.
