Where is Fit Body Boot Camp?
We are located at 1310 West Campbell Road #125 on the corner of Coit and Campbell near Tom Thumb
What are the session times?
The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.
Monday-Thursday 515am, 6am, 645am, 815am,430pm 515pm, 6pm
Friday
515am, 6am, 645am, 815am,430pm, 515pm
Saturday
8am, 845am and 9:30am What will be required of me? We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week.
Who is the program for?
People at any fitness level can participate in this challenge.
Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.
Participants range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.
All are welcome at Fit Body Boot Camp.
